Custom printed, corporate, event, or bulk orders may follow separate approval, production, cancellation, and return conditions communicated before confirmation.

Artwork, logo files, and brand assets supplied by customers must be owned by the customer or used with proper permission.

D'Kens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays outside our control, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
