Payment information is processed through secure payment partners such as Razorpay. D'Kens does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, or netbanking passwords.

We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide order updates, respond to service requests, support returns, and maintain account access.
With your consent, we may send product updates, collection notes, or service messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
