Return, exchange, refund, eligibility, inspection, and custom order rules for D'Kens premium T-shirt orders.

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice where applicable.

Custom printed, personalized, corporate, event, altered, final sale, or bulk-produced items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Innerwear, hygiene-sensitive items, and products showing wear, perfume, stains, wash marks, or damage may be declined during inspection.

Size or colour exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible items.
Exchange requests should include the order number, item name, preferred replacement, and a brief reason.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type and payment method.
Bank and payment provider timelines may vary after D'Kens initiates the refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact client care within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, exchange, or refund where eligible.
