D'Kens currently ships within India to serviceable pincodes supported by our delivery partners.
If a pincode is temporarily unavailable, our client care team will contact you before dispatching the order.

Ready-to-ship products are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom, printed, corporate, or bulk orders may require additional production time. Estimated dispatch timelines will be confirmed before production begins.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch where available. Timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, courier disruptions, or remote delivery locations.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order tracking page where available.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after courier pickup.
